The complete building refurbishment to this protected structure provided 4 floors of commercial office space and an executive standard apartment on the top floor level. Office areas were upgraded throughout to meet current services requirements, with contemporary sanitary and tea station provisions. Original building features such as sandstone flooring to the entrance hall, brick vaulting and decorative joinery were revealed and restored.
