We are currently involved with a number of social and affordable housing projects for the Peter McVerry Trust, including:

Redevelopment of St. Agatha’s Court, Dublin: The project comprises the re-development of an existing 2 storey brick terrace building and site to provide a total of 12 no. 1 bedroom residential units for social and affordable housing . See video link about the project:

Refurbishment of a former Dominican Priory in Athy, Co. Kildare, to form 11 no. residences with shared facilities as part of a Family Hub

Refurbishment of Claddagh House, Kinsealy to provide 6no. new residential suites with ancillary support areas
