Our Client, IPUT – Irish Property Unit Trust, whose principal activity is the ownership and management of properties of behalf of pension funds, charities and other exempt funds, requested FKP to complete a 3,197 sq.m. design and fit-out of their property, Block B, Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4.
We were responsible for the remodeling of the reception area as well as the core, toilets, and break out areas. We also worked with the tenant Mediolanum to design and prep two of the office spaces to cater for their requirements. The additional floors were left prepped to best standard, ready for occupancy.
