Our Client, IPUT – Irish Property Unit Trust, whose principal activity is the ownership and management of properties of behalf of pension funds, charities and other exempt funds, requested FKP to complete a 1,909 sq.m. design and fit-out of their building Block A, Shelbourne Road, Dublin 2.
FKP were responsible for remodeling the dated reception area as well as the core, toilets, and break out areas. We also worked with the tenant IBM to design and prep the office spaces to cater for their requirements.
