The project involved the addition of a multi-purpose room above the ground floor
wing of an existing Training Centre.

The site is a protected structure and Fitzgerald Kavanagh & Partners worked with
the City Council planning officer and conservation officer to develop the proposal
while respecting the integrity of the historic buildings on site.

The final solution seeks to contrast a modern copper box with the existing
Victorian brick buildings.
