The concept for this food production facility was firmly founded in good industrial
design with consideration of the functional requirements of a building of this typology,
while at the same time creating a modern and sharp image for the client.

These functional requirements demand adherence to strict segregated circulation
zones, selection of appropriate food grade materials, cost effective construction
methods and flexibility for future expansion.

The administrative element of this facility resolves all personnel entrance and exit
routes and is expressed as an individual block linked back to the main production
‘box’ in such a manner as to enable expansion of the production and dispatch areas
in four directions.

External skin materials are lightweight and demountable, consisting primarily of flat
PVC coated aluminum insulated panels.
