This project is an office development located in the centre of Cavan town and was
designed to provide maximum flexibility for the end user. With 20 No. own door
offices it provides a hub for both existing local and new business’s to the town centre.
The layout and orientation evolved from the site context and sun-path. Two
storey aluminum glazed walls shaded with brise soliel face east & west. A centrally
located inner courtyard provides a meeting point amidst the high quality finishes to
each office exterior. The building which is naturally ventilated also provides air conditioned
flexibility.

The site layout provides minimum impact from carparking with a secure underground
carpark serving all units.
