The project incorporates administration, laboratory, process and warehouse
buildings on a 14 acre site, with a phased master plan to allow the later
addition of a parental building.

The site is heavily landscaped around the campus style layout and features a large
water retention lake. Car and pedestrian access only is permitted through the main
front entrance, while transport vehicles are routed to the rear, and are concealed by
sunken site levels and landscaped berms.
