This development consists of the conversion of an existing 19th century Victorian
house, the conversion of 3 no. out-buildings (stables) into dwellings, 14 no. houses
comprising 3 / 4 bedroom townhouses and single storey courtyard houses.

The scheme creates a landscaped courtyard setting which compliments the scale
and formality of the original Victorian house. The design incorporates a limited
material palette, strong volumetric forms and the creation of a hierarchy of semi-private
/ private spaces.
