The proposed Village Centre development at Newcastle, Co. Dublin encapsulates
a diverse mix of commercial uses and residential dwelling types to create a vibrant
sustainable neighbourhood. The development proposes a hotel, restaurants, pubs,
retail, office, creche and residential uses, which underpin the objectives of the Local
Area Action Plan.

The project proposes to create a series of public and private spaces which integrate
and control pedestrian, and vehicular movement. The scheme proposes a variety of
uses and forms using a contemporary architectural language and palette of materials.
