The proposal for former Siemens site development comprises two principal buildings
enclosing a semi-public landscaped courtyard dominated by a shallow water
pool and curvilinear steel sculpture. The two main buildings have been conceived
as complementing each other both in form and in function with Building I being
primarily residential and horizontal in form and Building II of a single office use with
strong vertical emphasis.

Material treatment and detailing plays a pivotal role in uniting these two elements
and providing the high quality finish appropriate for the landmark site within this
rapidly developing south Dublin location.
