The clients brief stipulated 36 houses on a site of approximately 7 acres adjacent to
the clubhouse and overlooking the 18th fairway. 5 No. house types, ranging in size
from 2 bedroom single storey to 4 bedroom 2 storey, are included to appeal to the
widest section of users.

House layouts are functional and simple with an emphasis on ease of maintenance
and labour saving in use. Visual interest is created by combining individual
houses in a variety of formations. The open “fairway” feel is maintained throughout.
Individual houses have private outdoor patio/BBQ spaces which are screened by
planting but thereafter the site is open landscaped.
