Located on a 17.5 acre site at Kilmacaugh on the outskirts of Athlone town, this
Retail Centre will comprise 13 large retail units including an anchor store, along
with a garden centre, a two storey office building, coffee shop and over 900 carpark
spaces. The carpark has been subdivided into three landscaped zones to minimize
the visual impact on the overall development. With 28,000sq.m of retail floor space,
the centre will be the first major retail scheme of this scale and typology to be developed
within the gateway town of Athlone and its environs.

Due to commence on site in March 2008 with an estimated contract sum in the
region of €30m, the project is currently being developed towards construction stage,
with a target date for completion by November 2009.
