The La Touche Hotel site in Greystones is a development which embraces our
aspirations for innovation and sustainable redevelopment.

The scheme proposes to create an urban form which will provide two new urban
spaces for Greystones around an envelope of retail, commercial, residential, hotel,
restaurant and art gallery uses. Car parking has been provided at a basement level
and has freed up surface space to create a wonderful landscaped courtyard which
provides permeability through the scheme.
