The works comprise the alterations and extension of two protected structures (c.1850), combined for high quality retail and café use. The proposal includes for the construction of a new three storey over basement structure to the rear of the original refurbished structures with a glazed atrium space.  

_   The complete building refurbishment to this protected structure provided 4 floors of commercial office space and an executive standard apartment on the top floor level. Office areas were upgraded throughout to meet current services requirements, with contemporary sanitary and tea station provisions.
